To understand the benefits of our Bio Beta Crème, you need to understand how Beta-glucans can help the immune system. Beta-glucans are referred to as biological response modifiers because of their ability to activate the immune system. It should be noted that the activity of Beta-glucans is different from other agents that stimulate the immune system. Agents that stimulate the immune system can push the system to over-stimulation, and are contraindicated in persons with autoimmune diseases, allergies or yeast infections. Beta-glucans seem to make the immune system work better without becoming over active. They accomplish this by activating phagocytes, which are immune cells whose function is to trap and destroy foreign substances in our bodies such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites. In addition to enhancing the activity of phagocytes, beta-glucans are reported to help lower elevated levels of LDL cholesterol, aid in wound healing, prevent infections, and enhance NK cell function. Beta-Glucansare a naturally derived polysaccharidewhich have been intensively studied since the 1950s for their anti-tumor and immune system activities.

Our Bio-Beta Crème uses ZYMUCANTM a highly purified Beta-glucan cultured extracted from 5 mushroom species. (Agaricus, Blazei, Reishi, Schizophyllum, Trametes, Shitake) Extracted through a proprietary method using fermentation, ultrasound & nanotechnology.
Suggested Application: Apply topically to problem skin areas. May apply around burns and cuts; do not apply to broken or infected skin. Use as a skin conditioner and treatment for dry patches. Excellent for all skin to promote overall skin health. Apply approximately 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) daily for overall health support.
CAUTION: Do not apply to open wound or burn. Do not apply directly on infected tissue. If rash develops discontinue use.
