Glucosamine stimulates cells to repair damaged joints and form new connective tissue, while Chondroitin actually facilitates the entry of the Glucosamine into the joints.

Common Usage: Topical application providing quick, temporary relief from muscle pain, backaches, inflammatory rheumatic afflictions of the joints, sport/accident related strains and sprains.

Suggested Application: Unless otherwise prescribed by a healthcare professional, gently rub in a thin coat of gel (approximately 1 teaspoon) to the affected area. Repeat up to four times daily with 3‑4 hours between applications. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional. 1 teaspoon (5ml) equals 264 mg MSM, 26 mg Bromelain, 26 mg Glucosamine, 13 mg Chondroitin.
